The Continental Marshal Service is organized through four levels of responsibility, providing a clear line of leadership from national command to service within counties and parishes.

National Command

Chief Continental Marshal

Leads and oversees the Continental Marshal Service across the entire nation.

Areas 0–9

Area Chiefs

Ten Area Chiefs provide leadership for the numbered postal service areas: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.

State Leadership

State Chiefs

Coordinate CMS organization, communication, and operations within each state.

Local Service

County and Parish Deputies

Serve at the local level throughout counties and parishes under their State Chief.

CMS Funding Status

CMS reports that funding for the Continental Marshal Service, denominated as American Federation Dollars, is currently in the possession of the Fiduciary for the American Federation Treasury.

According to CMS, the funds will be released once the sovereign banking system is completed and the applicable treasury release process is operational.
